BEER

KAMIYAMA BEER is handmade in small batches using ʻBrewha BIACʼ tanks, a Canadian electric system. Our mission is to make fun, surprising, expertly crafted and delicious beers integrating Kamiyama’s rich local ingredients.

All our beers are unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally carbonated in the keg or bottle.
*Our beer is best drunk as fresh as possible and should be kept in the fridge at all times. Bottles contain a yeast sediment and should be stored upright and poured gently to keep the sediment in the bottle.

WONDERLAND

After brewing several beers in our Kamiyama Gruit series with Yomogi, we wanted to make something a bit more straightforward (without sourness) to showcase our love for this magical plant. We decided on the combination of a dry hopped lager (IPL or Indian Pale Lager) using freshly foraged Kamiyama Yomogi.
The combination of whole leaf Saaz hops and Yomogi in the boil and dry hopping with Bravo results in a mild bitterness and orange like citrus flavour with the overlying fresh aroma of yomogi. The result is a unique tasting and very drinkable herbal and hoppy lager which we hope you enjoy as much as we do!
